High-quality materials and exquisite craftsmanship highlights the interior of every QX60. Premium leathers combine with Graphite Weave or Maple Wood trim accent for a classy, luxurious feel. Padded and stitched materials line the dash and doors, while chrome metallic accents are used throughout the cabin. The layout is functional and ergonomic, offering plenty of convenience for the driver. Above and beyond most other three-row SUVs, the QX60 offers flexibility in seating. The second row can slight forward or back to adjust leg room as needed, offering up to 41.7 inches in the second row when fully back or 30.8 inches in the rear seat when fully front, with 5.5 inches of flexibility in between. Shoulder room is a full 60 inches in every seat, plenty enough to keep passengers separated and a great thing to have if you are dealing with a vehicle full of kids. With all rows of seating in place, there is 15.8 cubic feet of cargo feet in the rear – stowing the seats increases the cargo space, up to 76.5 cubic feet maximum.

Performance

Featuring a stout 3.5-liter V6 engine, the 2016 Infiniti QX60 has power on demand for rapid response in city driving or overtaking ability out on the highway. The engine produces 265 horsepower and 248 lb-ft of torque, plenty to get up to speed on highways without worrying about being overtaken. It’s also enough to provide for 5,000 pounds of towing capacity, meaning that small and mid-size loads will be no problem to handle. Straddling the line between a smooth luxury ride and performance, the steering and handling is a pleasure to drive.

A superstar in crash testing, the QX60 has been named a Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, while receiving five stars out of five possible from the NHTSA. Further protecting you and your passengers in the case of an accident is a long list of air bags and restraints, including roof-mounted curtain side-impact supplemental air bags with rollover sensors to protect all three rows, the Infiniti Advanced Air Bag System for front passengers, and LATCH System restraints for installing child restraint seats.
